Tower Clinical Trials (TCT) conducts high quality study and drug development services. Since 1996, TCT has conducted more than 150 clinical trials across multiple therapeutic specialties.
TCT operates a dedicated Phase 1 through 4 research facility located at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Office Towers, adjacent to the campus of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Our position alongside one of the nation’s leading metropolitan hospitals provides unprecedented access to all medical specialties and state of the art medical equipment. Our geographical location in greater Los Angeles County allows us to easily recruit from a large and ethnically diverse population of subjects. Tower Clinical Trials has successfully conducted over 150 clinical trials.
TRA has a 97% enrollment rate (defined as the number of participants enrolled into a study divided by the contracted number of participants) which places TRA in the top 5% of research sites in the country.
Unlike hospital based research units, TCT is privately owned. Our unique business model allows us to contract independently and utilize a central IRB, thus bypassing institutional bureaucracy and facilitating rapid study start ups. Should the need arise, we can also accommodate utilization of a local IRB. Our specialties are First in Man, Proof of Concept, sleep disorders, pulmonology (asthma and COPD) and allergy trials. We have a fully accredited sleep center on site in 24 hour operation, which allows us to perform clinical trials requiring overnight polysomnography, as well as non-sleep related trials which require overnight monitoring and serial testing.
